Pets are not permitted.

Food portions are comparable to a heavy lunch.

Each tour guest is provided a bottle of water at the start of the tour.Water is the perfect beverage to stay hydrated and cleanse the palate. Guests wanting to purchase a refreshing beverage or an alcoholic beverage may do so on their own at select restaurant stops.

 

Yes! The Historic Riverside tour offers FREE parking near the tour starting location. Please see parking options detailed on the specific tour’s description page.

Tours are held rain or shine.  In the event of severe weather, your tour guide will contact you about rescheduling or issuing a refund.

Please remember to check the weather conditions for your tour date and dress appropriately.

We welcome children on our tours, however they must be accompanied by an adult. From our experience, our tours are perfect for children ages 10 and up.

Please note that the tours are 2.5 – 3 hours and involve a fair amount of walking and standing. We ask that parents/guardians who know their child the best, gauge whether a walking food tour would be an activity their child would enjoy.

Children age 3 or younger do not require a separate ticket. Please inform us in the notes section when you purchase tickets if you will be attending with an infant or young child. Please include your child’s age.

Absolutely not! Jacksonville is a very unique city with lots to offer. In addition to sampling food from local, popular restaurants, your tour guide will provide insights on the local culture, upcoming events and historical facts about the neighborhood you’re exploring.

 

Currently, our tours are not able to accommodate any special dietary restrictions.

Yes, advance ticket purchase is required. Tickets must be purchased by 9am on the date of the tour. Our tours are becoming increasingly popular, and there are limited spots available. To maximize your chances of getting the date, time, and number of tickets you prefer, please book well in advance.

We do not provide a waiting list. Please email us to let us know what date you are interested in if you do not see availability.

Gratuity is included in your ticket purchase for servers at each restaurant stop.

Gratuities are greatly appreciated, although not mandatory. If you had a great time with your tour guide and enjoyed the experience, you may tip your tour guide.  The standard gratuity in the service industry is 15%-20%.

Yes, bathrooms are available throughout the tour at each restaurant stop.

Yes, all tour locations are wheelchair accessible.

At this time, we do not offer tours in any other languages except English.

We absolutely do! We can accommodate a variety of special requests (birthday parties, out of town guests, corporate activities, wedding parties, anniversaries, etc.)

Each tour guest will be provided a bottle of water. During the hot Florida days, it’s advisable to apply an application of sunscreen and have a pair of sunglasses. During the cooler seasons, layered clothing is recommended.  Comfortable shoes are also suggested.

Don’t forget to bring along your e-ticket (electronic form on your phone is fine) or a photo ID to show your tour guide at the tour starting point.

We also suggest you bring a camera to capture the memories you’ll create during the tour! And lastly, gratuity for your tour guide if you had a great experience.
